40 to 100 kN Stack Assembly Pivot Press & Leak Tester is a pivot press with leak testing, strap forming, and resistance welding. It consists of removable retaining bars and a rectangular press surface. Stacks are typically built against 3 alignment guides, using gravity to maintain alignment. and long-stroke press includes removable retaining bars to prevent buckling of the stack under load. These pivot presses have adjustable angles of tilt and recline and tilt down with a rectangular press surface and upright design to a compact horizontal form for transportation. A custom leak test interface is included in the tooling.
